COLLECTION OF UNIFORMS

The collection includes items manufactured in the period of first half of the 20th century. Military uniforms make up the major part of the collection. The most valuable among them are the frock coat from the period of the First World War and the uniform of the national hero Petar Gračanin. In the 20th century, new professions and services emerged, and new official suits accordingly. Hence the uniforms of members of the ‘Soko’ (Falcon) Society is kept in the Museum, as well as of the participants in the post-war youth work actions in Yugoslavia.
