On the occasion of the 50th<\/sup> festival \u201eDays of Comedy\u201c in the Foyer of the Culture Center in Jagodina, the exhibition \u201eFestival \u201eDays of Comedy\u201c \u2013 beginnings and duration (1969\u20131972\u2013-2023)\u201c was organized. The exhibition was created in cooperation between the Regional Museum of Jagodina and the Cultural Center “Svetozar Markovi\u0107” Jagodina, and the authors are Du\u0161ko Grbovi\u0107, historian, museum advisor (Regional Museum of Jagodina) and Marija Vuli\u0107, art program editor (Cultural Center “Svetozar Markovi\u0107” Jagodina). Du\u0161ko Grbovi\u0107 is also the author of the text in the accompanying catalog, and the visual identity of the exhibition was designed by Marija Vuli\u0107.<\/p>

The exhibition shows the history of the festival, looking back at the very beginnings of theater life in Jagodina, and therefore covers the period from 1832 to 2023. Posters, photographs, documents, various propaganda materials, tickets, newspapers, diplomas are presented on 56 exhibition boards, and the original models of the statuettes \u201eJovan\u010da Mici\u0107\u201c and \u201eTurkey\u201c, the statuette \u201eJoakim Vuji\u0107\u201c, badges, pins, drawings of fine artist \u017dikica Jovanovi\u0107 and various publications are also exhibited. Most of the materials come from the Regional Museum of Jagodina, while the materials of the Jagodina Cultural Center and the Museum of Theater Arts of Serbia from Belgrade are represented to a lesser extent.<\/p>

The extensive documentation about the \u201eDays of Comedy\u201c festival, which is kept in the Regional Museum of Jagodina, was handed over for the purposes of creating the monograph \u201eHalf a century of struggle for laughter \u2013 \u201eDays of Comedy\u201d, the first fifty years\u201c authored by Aleksandar Milosavljevi\u0107.<\/p>

The exhibition \u201eFestival \u201eDays of Comedy\u201c \u2013 beginnings and duration (1969\u20131972\u2013-2023)\u201c will be open until April 20, 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
