On Wednesday, May 17, at 7 p.m., on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the Balkan Wars, a lecture will be held in the Gallery of the Regional Museum of Jagodina: “The story about Jagodina and its vicinity in the Balkan Wars of 1912–1913 through the collections of the Regional Museum of Jagodina “. The lecturer is Duško Grbović, historian, museum advisor. The topic of the lecture is the participation of people from the area of Jagodina and its surroundings in the Balkan Wars.
Through the lecture, it will be shown how different objects from the museum collections tell about the events at the front and how each of them represents a special story about people and events during the war years of 1912-1913.
