Why should you visit?

Our museum has more than ten thousand exhibits. Only a small part is exhibited in a permanent exhibition, while the rest is presented to the public through occasional exhibitions, special presentations and numerous publications.

The Regional Museum collects historical material, but this institution also has a unique history.

The Regional Museum Jagodina is relatively young. The municipality of Jagodina founded it in 1954, but it was not until 1981 that it moved into the premises where it is still located.
